Full access to:

- 3-Day Practice generation (unlimited)
- On-device journaling (no cloud sync)
- Limited audio narration preview

Price: $0/month, $0/year. No credit card required. No trial period (because there is nothing to trial — the free tier is the full Community experience, not a teaser).

### Premium — $12.99/month or $85.99/year

Adds:

- Full audio narration of reflections, with four voices (Elijah, Miriam, Ruth, David)
- 7 Days of Light — for harder weeks, subscribers can activate accelerated cadence once a month. For 7 days, reflections arrive within 24 hours instead of 3 days. Available to monthly and annual subscribers at no extra cost.
- Early access to new content drops
- Priority support response time

Price (USD):
- Monthly: $12.99
- Annual: $85.99 (effective $7.17/month — annual saves ~45% vs monthly)

Billing: handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time through your device's subscription management.

Refund policy: 14-day full refund on first-time premium charges. Email support@shalemapp.com with receipt.

## What is NOT charged for

- Account creation.
- The waitlist.
- Email correspondence with support.
- Reading source texts.
- Generating reflections (unlimited on free tier).

## What is NOT offered

- Enterprise tier or "contact sales" pricing.
- Custom pricing for organizations.
- Bulk licensing.

Shalem is consumer software. There is no enterprise upsell.

## Currency and pricing in non-USD regions

Prices are set in USD. Apple and Google convert to local currency at their published rates, which may differ slightly from spot exchange rates. Local taxes and VAT apply where required by your jurisdiction.

## Price changes

If prices change, existing subscribers are notified at least 30 days in advance with the option to cancel before the new price takes effect.
